How do you change the order of web parts in SharePoint?

Two ways , we can achieve this

Option :1

Click the gear icon

Select Edit option

Then edit the webpart properties

Advanced -zone option we will enter the number

Option 2 :

Open the IE browser

Edit the page

Drag and drop where you want to place the webpart

Click and save it
